Anthony Mitchell, MS, CPCC, is the Owner and Principal of Coach2You, a Southern California based personal and professional development practice. Anthony founded Coach2You in 2006 to help individuals realize their peak potential and fulfillment in their businesses, careers, and personal lives.

Anthony entered the coaching field with 20 years experience as a human resource professional and was employed prior to launching Coach2You as a Human Resources Manager for a Fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company.

Anthony has a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Research from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters of Science in Organization Management from the University Of LaVerne. Trained by the Coaches Training Institute, one of the oldest and most highly regarded coach training programs in the world, Anthony is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

In his practice, Anthony delivers both personal coaching and training services to individuals and organizations. His business client base is composed of professionals, business owners, and executives. Outside of business coaching, Anthony provides life coaching to individuals, with a particular interest in empowering women to live inspired lives in alignment with their passion, purpose, and potential.

Anthony is a member of the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as a Chamber Ambassador, and the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce. Other professional affiliations for Anthony include membership in the International Coach Federation (ICF), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Christian Coaches Network (CCN). He is an authorized distributor for Inscape Publishing’s line of behavioral assessment products, and utilizes these learning and development tools to enable individual and team effectiveness in organizations.

Anthony and his family currently reside in Ventura County, California. Outside of his professional interests, Anthony spends much of his time engaging in outdoor activities through his volunteer service to youth.
