Facilitation

When you have a business meeting, whether a management offsite or a team meeting to accomplish specific objectives, Coach2You can provide a meeting facilitator. Your facilitator will help you plan the meeting and agenda, including logistics. At the meeting, your facilitator will stimulate group dialogue, enable group decision making, and lead consensus building around future actions. The facilitator will concentrate on meeting planning, process and structure, freeing you and the other participants to focus on the meeting content.
